Overall I was very impressed with the service that VenSys Ltd. gave me. I had a head crash on my 320GB external drive and needed to retrieve all the data, as it was my only copy. They got all the data back for me, after needing to completely rebuild the drive. I found their communications a little haphazard at times, and I needed to chase for info, but this was not because they weren't working on the job. Overall very pleased and grateful for getting all my data back!

Top quality. Iomega NAS drive died - Iomega wanted to charge GBP700 - GBP1200 for data recovery. Vensys did very professional job for a fraction of that. Will definately use again (but hope I don't have to) and won't hesitate to refer friends/family to them.

They did what they said they would do, and did not charge until they had. It took much longer than originally forecast, which was disconcerting but did not matter in the end.Quite expensive but ultimately worth it.

Data recover was a third of the cost I'd been quoted elsewhere and a full recovery was made. Also, due to a hold up in hard drive supply the data was delayed getting back to me however Vensys arranged FTP transfer of essential data AND sent someone out to buy a hard drive the same day. Vensys Ltd successfully recovered virtually all data from a disk which we'd reckoned to be completely unreadable after being dropped. The task took longer than originally anticipated due to the state of the disk, but Vensys kept us informed of progress and we are very pleased with the result.
