How Do I check that R3cover can successfully recover my files before purchasing the software?

Following the  worldwide launch of R3Cover Data Recovery Software by  abc Data Recovery Ltd the software has been sold in over 60 countries.  abc Data Recovery  offers a free no data no fee solution to those data loss situations where files, folders, and partitions have been deleted or formatted but the storage device is otherwise fully functioning.  If  your storage device has been damaged,  is degrading or  is suspected of other electro-mecanical faults we strongly suggest getting advice from support@R3Cover.com   before attempting any software data recovery procedures. 

Safety warning, never save any data recovery software to the drive being recovered, and never save data back to the drive being recovered from. 
What Does this mean :-  Wherever possible the drive to be recovered should be connected through a network, firewire, USB, IDE or SATA connection to an unaffected computer with R3Cover Installed. 		The data is at risk if you continue to use the drive needing recovery.
 Continuing to write data to the device needing recovery could risk corruption of the data ..
Do Not install any data recovery software onto the drive needing recovery. 

So how Do I check that R3cover can successfully recover my files before purchasing the software?



R3cover has a number of ways of doing this, firstly retrieved files will show up as green if R3Cover can retrieve the content.
There is also a built in file viewer that gives a miniature view of the file being recovered before the software is fully activated.
This viewer supports many common file types including popular image and document formats.
Normally a file that has been recovered with a full intact file name and no warnings will be fully retrievable

I Have Purchased R3Cover Data Recovery Software but Cannot Activate It….

This guide has been created to help those who are finding difficulty in activating the R3Cover Data Recovery software once they have purchased a license Key.

Whilst the screenshots on this page are from a Mac, the process detailed is exactly the same for both the Mac and Windows versions of the software.

1. So you have scanned your hard drive using the R3Cover Data Recovery Software and have decided to purchase a license to enable you to retrieve your missing files?
After the payment process has completed you will receive an email confirming your purchase and your serial number.



2. Keep the email open and launch the R3Cover application.

3. You will be presented with a window like the one shown here. It is from here that you will activate the software.

4. Click the link next to the the first step (circled in the image in red). This will take you to our activations page shown below.

5. Firstly enter the serial number into the box provided (again circled in red).

6. Once you have filled in the serial number and all of your personal details you can click the ‘Request Activation Code' button. If all has been successful an activation code will be generated.

7. We recommend that you print this page or at very least make a note of the activation code as you will need this in the next step.
You may also copy the code by first selecting the code and then pressing ?+c (on a Mac) or ctrl+c on a Windows machine to copy.


8. Now go back to the R3Cover software and find the Step 2 section (circled in red below) here you can enter your code by either typing it out or by pressing ?+v (on a Mac) or ctrl+v on a Windows machine.

9. If everything has been done correctly at this point you can press the Activate Now button at the bottom of the screen (again circled in Red).  Your software will now be unlocked and you will be able to recover your lost files without any of the restrictions of the trial version.
