Lets stop beating about the bush and sitting on fences or turning a blind eye shall we ?

If you saw someone robbed in the street are you the kind of person who will carry on regardless, or would you call the police, maybe you would try to be a hero or heroine and intervene ? 

Are you allowed the  freedom of speech or RANT in such a circumstance , or should you first call your solicitor, arrange an appointment and discuss the pro's and con's.

What if your peers were part of a gang and they do nothing, say nothing and imply that if you speak out they will gang up on you ?

Where does it end ? can the rule of law respond quick enough to protect those being mugged in a virtual way, but for actual cash?.

What if its a blind man who did not see who mugged him or a deaf girl who didn't hear the warnings and were unaware that they were walking into a trap that so many others have fell into without warning. .

Can you blame them for lashing out in their own defence but not being able to communicate all the evidence needed?,   will the police and trading standards have to wait until yet  more victims and witnesses come forward?.

And what if the attacker has his own solicitor in his employ?, issues a cease and desist order on you  denying you the freedom to say anything about his attacks.
 
How will you be able to warn others ? Will you just direct consumers who believe thay are victims to a forum or blog  ?

So many questions but where are the answers.

First you have to realise it costs money to put together a robust case with a meticulous solicitor and engage leading counsel to advise on what information is needed to bring about a successful legal challenge.

It takes years to collect evidence and it takes experienced solicitors to defend against the rogues in house solicitor and their leading counsel.

This itself can add up to tens of thousands, and despite IPDRA claiming to help the victims of data recovery scams it has yet been unable to fully  expose the biggest scam the data recovery industry has ever seen.

l knows some expert witnesses charge many hundreds and even thousands a day for their time in court just to say "in my expert opinion I am right" .

Some will have undergone the training and accreditations but all to often they will associate themselves with others who have alledgedly bought their Degrees Online.

It has to be asked are companies buying their accreditations,  is IS09001 for sale at the right price if you know who to pay ?.

We hear about  bribery and corruption and buying into contracts on the news by big business corporations, but how far down the corporate ladder does this sort of thing go ? .

Why would one expert be able to perform a task in 10 hours and another perform the exact same task but claimed payment for over 100 hours ? 

We need regulation consumers may believe IS0 9001 accreditiation or Investors in people status means you are dealing with a reputable company but if a company or group of companies operates year in year out affecting consumers does it not need the company to own up and adit its mistakes and apologise to their competitors ?.

Many companies just know how to produce documentation and reports efficiently to enable hundreds of consumers a year to be charged for services not provided and appear to have refined their procedures to take lots of money for very little service on far too many occassions for it to be statistically insignificant.

Why would a data recovery lab make an elaborate report saying why it is not possible to recover a drive, charge for the report?  and still yet another data recovery company recovers the data without any problems.

And why would one expert company damage a drive to prevent anyone else recovering data from it ?
