In order to catch the click fraudsters it is necessary to monitor the IP adresses of visitors using your PPC.

(if you are a data recovery company using PPC contact press@datarecoverycompanies.co.uk  the IP addresses of those known to commit click fraud have collected over the last 4 years and Google is having to review its detection systems after it was pointed out that their click quality systems were flawed)

Since this article was first written Fields have been settling out of court with many who have realised they were defrauded, they have also been posting fake data recovery reviews and review websites. Worse they have bullied and attacked their victims to the point of harrassment, lets hope the Judge re-instates the data-recovery-blog.com forum for the victims of Fields Data Recovery.,

I too was awarded an extra-ordinary damages award after Fields attempted to use their "in house legal team" to bring a vexatious claim against me. read "
have you been mulcted"

Fields solicitor stated in court to the Judge that Fields have :- " a good working relationship with Bridgend Trading Standards going back 5 years"    what an extra-ordinary claim to make !

Trading Standards confirmed that over 570 complaints from UK consumers have been lodged with TS in Bridgend.

Unfortunately Businesses and International clients in Europe, North America and South East Asia scammed by Fields are not logged.

For those of you have been on the receiving end of the Fields Data Recovery scam it may come as no surprise that Fields still cannot recover drives that their expensive forensic reports or leading data recovery experts say are beyond recovery yet other labs recover.

Most will never know how they were defrauded...

By dominating google PPC in many countries the Fields Group have attempted to defraud not only consumers but businesses, charities and corporations.

The High Court ruling on the Injunction brought by Fields Group companies against  www.data-recovery-blog.com and www.data-recovery-blog.co.uk will also reveal just how far these conmen were willing to go to cover up the scams they operate.

more to follow on this topic shortly in the meantime be sure to check carefully the data recovery company you trust your data and credit card details with  - You may end up paying for more than you bargained for !.

Even before I received my drive back from this company, I was sufficiently anxious and suspicious of them to google them. What I found, confirmed my worst fears.

Needless to say, they did not carry out the job properly and I had to send the drive subsequently to a professional specialist who had no trouble at all in recovering 100% of the data from the drive. My credit card was debited for an amount that I had not authorised. During my dealings with Fields data recovery, I felt that I was being lied to consistently. I could say much more but the only only necessary that any reader here should heed the message, never never never trust a company with your data!

Data Recovery customers who claim they have been victims of the data recovery scam rarely get their money back unless they are willing to fight the con artists through the courts.
.
The Fields Group "Sector domination through unrelenting growth"  are callous and vindictive towards their victims and despite settling out of court with many of their victims will no doubt have a good explaination for serving High Court Injunctions intended to shut up the data recovery blog forum

Click fraud can be defined as clicks made on an advertiser's web page or PPC advertisement.

The sole intent of depleting the amount of money  the advertiser's budget. This online advertising account can be with a search engine, interactive . A person or business committing click fraud is liable to punitive damages for interference with trade but you need proof.

To identify and catch the click Fraudsters who claim to be expert in the Fields of data recovery and e-warfare the DRC Directory owners have detected and collated the  IP's, glcid search words used and other information to build up a substantial body of evidence.

When an advertisers budget is depleted, their PPC account is suspended and they are effectively no longer advertising denying them the enquiries they need to operate.

Each time a link is clicked or page re-loaded, the advertiser is charged for that click, and often the person(s) doing the clicking are part of a group of companies which also claim to be PPC advertising specialists, will writing, Injunction writing, quickie divorce  and well anything they can sell a form and make money for nothing from.

The fact that the Internet is anonymous makes it easy for unscrupulous persons to commit click fraud. Click fraud is theft and no different than someone walking into your business or home and stealing from you.

Google is currently investigating 4 years worth of suspected click fraud and those involved will no doubt be sought out by google as the search engine giants is having to set aside over £300 million in anticipation of the refunds.
