Beware of fake reviews by Fields Data Recovery and its associates.

Since writing this article The Fields Group have beeen making numerous out of court settlements to avert a full Trading Standards investigation.
 
(Their claim in one court case that they "have a good working relationship with Bridgend Trading Standards going back 5 years" was extra-ordinary.. )  

                   Most Victims will never know how they were defrauded.

Many in Data Recovery will be aware of the problems faced from the "Marketing Gurus"  "e-warfare experts" and self proclaimed "leading forensic expert" in the field of data recovery.

However you will need to have been in the direct firing line of these rogues for many years  to understand just how they operate and why I for one saw the need to fight back online...

Between  2007 and 2011  abc Data Recovery Ltd was in a Turf War for the UK online market with "Fields Associates brands" :

What was underestimated was just how far the Fields Group were willing to go in their sector domination using Google Adwords and milking their victims selling fake data recovery reports and incompatable parts.

Court cases, High Court Injunctions and even physical assault - a coincidence ?

The Fields and Rapid Data Scam still affects consumers today and many more were affected worldwide.

ABC Data Recovery Ltd  provided its data recovery services under contract to many of the UK's leading data recovery resellers, IT Support companies and direct to over 5000 consumers annually so it saw more of the Fields fake data recovery reports than its competitors, and it affected their bottom line and nearly put it out of business in 2008.

Fields Data Recovery claimed  to have 1000 resellers and over 60,000 enquiries in 2009,  in reality it was selling paper dressed up as "forensic services" with no data and sometimes deliberate damage, both consumers and genuine labs were being defrauded.

Not until their scams were exposed were more drives recoverable after going to Fields first.

www.data-recovery-blog.couk and the forum www.data-recovery-blog.com helped many victims of Fields get their money back or compensation, but Fields continued in their bullying tactics and using its Injunction Direct experience and bully boy tactics of PCN UK Ltd it tried to cover up their scams.

We now know  how Fields make their profits, they were and still are made from selling incompatable or non existent donor parts. The supplying of a detailed fake data recovery report helped cover up their low success rates and ensured they had the revenues to keep buying more victims using google adwords fake reviews websites and posting fake testimonials.


Many who did get data were walked from a low price  to £1600. when a reputable company would charge  half that for an emergency rebuild.



ABC's Director successfully fought off the bullying tactics of Fields only for him to be assaulted at his home by Fields process server resulting in his hospitalisation with head, neck and spinal injuries.

Talk about a hard drive crash ! (full story will be available when the High Court Injunction is Lifted).  Despite his injuries Andy Butler still successfully defeated Fields in the courts and Fields were mulcted by the Judge, unfortunately his injuries turned out to be more severe than first thought and he has been undergoing treatment for the damage to his neck and spine and this has meant a complete change to his operations. 

Unfortunately Fields continue to defraud consumers and with over 570 complaints to Bridgend Trading Standards Fields were proven to have operated a very lucrative scam which not only affected consumers but also several data recovery companies.

Try to find a genuine review for Fields or Rapid Data Recovery or Dataphoenix answers on a postage stamp.
